In this gallery you find a few examples of my more experimental artworks from the past 20 years, executed with different analogue techniques and methods. Used methods include cyanotype, daguerreotype, anthotype, polaroid, bromoil print, photopolymer print and different tonal experiments.

Nine colour polaroid photographs, based on The Deer Antler Project, executed in 2020–2022. The photographs are taken of the shadows made by Elviira Davidow, of the deer antler artefact replica.

Bromoil print on etching paper. Bromoil technique is a challenging photographic / graphic technique, in which the gelatin silver print is first bleached. Then the resulting bleached photograph is painted in a specific brush technique with etching colours. The resulting image is made entirely by etching colour, but the image shape is based on the original photographic print.
